Reshine 3041 is a mixture of high molecular weight cross-linked silicone elastomers and 5cst polydimethylsiloxane. It is a high content, high viscosity, matte organic silicone elastomer that can improve the velvet skin feel, oil absorption, and soft matte effect of the final product. It can be used as a thickener to enhance the stability of the product. Can present a matte texture, relatively moisturizing, silky and smooth when applied, with good film-forming properties after application.
