步骤 Procedure
1.将A部分加入容器中，搅拌均匀。
Add part A into the vessel with stirring until uniform.
2.加入B部分，搅拌至混合均匀后置于三辊碾磨机研磨3分钟。
Add part B, mix until it is evenly mixed, and then put it into a three-roller mill for grinding for 3 minutes.
3.加入C部分搅拌均匀。
Add part C and stir evenly.
